Rest & recovery

Our plunge pool and hot pools can not only be used for ultimate relaxation, but can be used separately or together to aid muscle recovery and relieve fatigue, with many athletes and local sport groups using our pools for just this. 

For total rest and relaxation, spend time in our sauna and steam room to relieve tension and reduce stress. Please bring an extra towel to use in the sauna. 

Feeling sore? 

Try this and repeat 3-5 times for best results:

  • Spend 2 minutes submerged in our hottest pool (closest to beach)
  • Spend 1 minute submerged in our plunge pool

Feeling fatigued?

Try this and repeat 7 times for best results:

  • Spend 1 minute submerged in our hottest pool (closest to beach)
  • Spend 1 minute submerged in our plunge pool
